VINPEARL AQUARIUM UNDERWATER TUNNEL

Located on Hon Tre (Bamboo Island) Vinpearl Water Park is part of a larger amusement complex that also includes a theme park and an aquarium.  There is something for everyone: the small theme park offers a few choices of rides and a ‘’volcano cavern’’ full of arcade games.  However, if you have ever been to a ‘’normal’’ theme park in the west, you won’t find it that spectacular; anyhow don’t think you are going to Disneyland.  The best features of the island is the small aquarium that offer an underwater tunnel with a good variety of fishes found in Vietnam and the Water Park that has a few large slides, a wave pool, a very large swallow pool and a spectacular pristine white sand beach facing Nha Trang city skyline.  Again, we are not pretending that would be the most spectacular water park you’ll ever see BUT, for the price, it is certainly the cheapest. And beside, if you are thinking to have a break of exploring the streets of Vietnam, you’ll find Vinpearl Water Park up to the task at distracting your family for a fun day, your kids will be grateful.

Entrance fee: Around 20$ per adult and 13$ for child.  Free for kids below 1m in height.

The cable car and boast terminal are located near Nha Trang's commercial port, around 3-4 km from the touristic area.

By taxi the cost should be around 4-5$

Tip #1: There is some fast food restaurant on the site, but the better restaurant are to be found on the shore of Nha Trang bay, look for larger building near the canal.

Tip #2: Bring you sun screen lotion, the sun hits hard in this part of the world.
